First Columbia Bank & Trust cut the ribbon on its first branch in Montour County June 8. Lance Diehl, President and CEO, said the branch on the corner of Route 11 and Railroad Street represents the culmination of six years of work to find the right location. The Danville branch is the bank’s fourteenth and will have a commercial lending professional as well as a home mortgage specialist. Three new employees were hired to manage and staff the new branch.
