Helpful Hints

1. Once you type in your address, wait for the drop down menu to show your address to confirm before proceeding. It may take some time.
2. Select Wired, wireless, or hotspot based on how your device is connected to the internet e.g. if your computer is connected via a cable to the internet it is a wired connection.
3. Once you see results for the speed test including upload, download, latency, etc. the test is complete and results have been recorded.
