Columbia County is planning to open their COVID-19 Relief Block Grant for small businesses/ tourism businesses for a second grant round. Applications will be accepted beginning on October 16th and must be received by November 9th. The grant applications will be received by the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation at www.csgiving.org. $225,000 is available to fund this grant round with a maximum award of $20,000. The criteria for awards has not changed from the first grant round.
